Anthony Jesko

Attorney Anthony W. Jesko (a.k.a Tony), is originally from the Pittsburgh area however, moved to the Youngstown at a young age. Tony is a graduate of Boardman High School. He graduated from Youngstown State University with his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Political Science. Tony worked in corrections for a number of years before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law. He is licensed in the State of Ohio and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio.

While attending Michigan State, Tony was on the Dean’s List, worked as a teaching and research assistant, and worked at the circulation and reference desk at the law library. His studies focused primarily on personal and corporate bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and business law. He was also certified by the State of Michigan as a mediator, and he represented Michigan State at the ABA Mid-West mediation and negotiation competition.

Tony severed as a law clerk for the Chapter 13 Trustee in Michigan during law school and helped draft the Model Chapter 13 Plan Explanation that was presented at the 21st Annual FBA Bankruptcy Section Seminar.

Tony practices primarily in the areas of Bankruptcy, Corporate and Business Law, Oil and Gas (shale leases), and General Civil Litigation. He and his wife, Sheila, reside in Canfield with their two children and a third on the way.
