Daniel J. Babyak

Dan is a graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School. He earned his undergraduate degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law. 

Dan worked for Friedman & Rummell from 2013 to 2016, primarily handling Probate, Estate Planning, and General Business matters. Dan also volunteered as a Guardian ad Litem in both Mahoning and Trumbull County. Dan then moved to Philadelphia where he worked in the insurance industry. While in Philadelphia, Dan successfully passed the Pennsylvania Bar Exam and practiced insurance defense law prior to moving back to the Mahoning Valley in early 2020.

Since being back in the area, Dan has resumed the practice of Probate and Estate Planning, and continues working in the areas of Business, Insurance, and General Civil Litigation. 

He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Mahoning County Bar Association, and the Mahoning-Shenango Valley Estate Planning Council. He currently serves on the Grievance Committee, Social Committee, and Estate Planning and Taxation Committee of the Mahoning County Bar Association.

Dan currently resides in Boardman.
