Glenn R. Osborne has been practicing in the Mahoning County area for over twenty years. A graduate of Canfield High School, Glenn Osborne earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Youngstown State University and his law degree from Akron University. He passed the Bar in 1987, and has been practicing in the greater Youngstown area ever since.
Attorney Osborne started his law career as a litigation attorney, defending individuals, generally through their insurance carriers, who had been sued as a result of car accidents, fall downs and other casualties. More recently, however, Attorney Osborne has focused his practice in the areas of business law and litigation, and business transactional matters. Before joining Friedman & Rummell, Glenn spent a number of years in solo private practice in Canfield.
Attorney Osborne presently serves local, regional and national business clients, offering advice and assistance on a broad spectrum of business related issues, such as contract review, drafting and negotiation, commercial leases, employment law, human resource issues, business acquisitions, business startups and expansions, general corporate transactional matters, collections, and other legal issues that affect businesses on a day to day basis.
