Robert M. Palma Mr. Palma, born in Youngstown, Ohio on July 24, 1946, was admitted to the Ohio State Bar Association in 1975.  Education: Mr. Palma earned his A.B. from Youngstown State University in 1968 and his J.D. from the Akron University Law School in 1974. Achievements:  Member, Board of Directors, Youngstown Society for the Blind and Disabled, 1982-1994; Civil Service Commission, City of Canfield, 1986-1990 and 2007- Present.  Membership & Areas of Practice: Mr. Palma is a member of the Board of Appeals, Canfield Joint Fire District, Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys.  His special areas of practice include Insurance Defense Law, Civil Practice, and Trusts & Estates.
